Katchen Company Expands Search for Value Add Properties

Katchen Company announced its intention to expand the search for value-add commercial properties in the Denver market.  Edward Boyle, CEO of Katchen Company, stated, “After attending the International Council of Shopping Center’s convention in Las Vegas this week it became apparent through conversations with other developers that value-add is the product we as a firm should be focusing on”.
