Katchen Company announced the execution of a lease for 1,620 square feet of retail space in Belmar Crossing Shopping Center located at 7111 W. Alameda Avenue in Lakewood, Colorado. The tenant, Fedak Telecom and Electronic, LLC will operate a cellular phone store under the Cricket brand name.
