Katchen Company announced the execution of a lease for 2,250 square feet of retail space in Lakewood Square Shopping Center located at 1057 S. Wadsworth Boulevard, Lakewood, Colorado. The tenant, Caution Brewing Company, LLC, operates brewery tasting room and will make this their second Denver metropolitan area location.
