Kings Row Apartments

Description: On November 24, 2003 a carelessly discarded cigarette started a fire at Kings Row Apartments that resulted in fire and water damage to a 12 unit structure within the 188 unit complex. As a result, 6 units had to be reconstructed and another 6 units required interior reconstruction at a total cost of $650,000.
